GM Series
1. Product Features
It effectively suppresses power‑supply voltage drops and high‑frequency noise, exhibits reduced cumulative degradation under long‑term load conditions, and delivers outstanding reliability. This product is widely used in core AI applications such as AI servers, GPU accelerator cards, NPU computing modules, large‑model inference hardware, and intelligent robots.
2. Product Applications
Decoupling/Bypass Circuit: Provides a stable local power supply to the IC, filters out power‑supply noise, and ensures reliable chip operation.
Power supply filter circuits are typically used in the output stage of switch-mode power supplies to smooth the output voltage, or as capacitors in DC‑DC converters. Some high‑performance series, such as Knowles Hiteca, can even handle relatively high ripple currents.
Coupling/DC-blocking circuit: In amplifiers and other circuits, it is used to connect the preceding and succeeding stages, allowing only AC signals to pass while blocking DC components.
Snubber circuit: Connected in series with a resistor and then paralleled across the terminals of a switching device (such as a MOSFET or IGBT), it is used to suppress voltage spikes and protect power devices.
General-purpose filter circuit: Used in various mid- and low-frequency filtering applications to eliminate unwanted frequency components.
