On September 12, the finals of the 14th “Entrepreneurship Jiangsu” Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition concluded in Nanjing, with two companies from Jiangyin winning awards and delivering a commendable performance. Primcera Electronics Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Xinghan Juneng Technology Co., Ltd. both received second-place honors.
On September 12, the finals of the 14th “Entrepreneurship Jiangsu” Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition concluded in Nanjing, with two companies from Jiangyin taking home awards and delivering a commendable performance.
Primcera Electronics Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Xinghan Juneng Technology Co., Ltd. both received second prize.
Since its launch in May, this year’s competition has attracted a total of 4,838 entries, including 2,210 team‑based projects, 2,410 corporate‑level entries, and 218 submissions in the Artificial Intelligence OPC special track. Following recommendations from regional qualifiers and rigorous rounds of provincial industry‑specific competitions, only 60 projects ultimately advanced to the grand finals.
For Jiangyin, the real challenge lies in the “second half” that follows the competition. The provincial contest is no longer just about whether a single project can win an award; it also tests a city’s ability to consistently identify promising talent, nurture high‑performing enterprises, and translate its competitive edge on the science‑and‑technology stage into new momentum for industrial development.
Going forward, Jiangyin will continue to leverage competitions to attract talent and projects, providing robust scientific and technological support for advancing Jiangyin’s new practices in Chinese‑style modernization.
